Challenge
The Deployment Health Clinic Center (DHCC) entrusted Contrast Creative to create a web-based training for medical personnel in the US Army. The medical staff needed to be trained to quickly diagnose (and begin treatment for) PTSD and Depression in troops returning from war. The Army turned to Contrast Creative to take what had been a multi-day in-class presentation, and turn it into an engaging and interactive training that could be utilized by computers anywhere in the world.
Results
Contrast Creative created a training unlike any other. It’s designed for all levels of medical knowledge, from Medics to MDs. It blends interviews of real Soldiers who suffered emotional damage with candid conversations of the medical staffers serving in base clinics. Participants watch role plays and answer quizzes. Testing at the conclusion of the training is Continuing Medical Education (CME) approved. All U.S. Army medical personnel are now required to take this web-based training program.
