BB&T is one of the nation’s top ten holding companies, and has partnered with Contrast Creative on a number of projects for more than decade. When the bank wanted to introduce a new line of banking products and services available for clients, they turned to Contrast to develop a creative and effective approach to share the information with all of their employees.

 

Results

Contrast Creative decided that humor would be the most effective approach when introducing BB&T employees to a new bundling service available for clients. This 2 1/2-minute video was set inside a local diner, and compared the bank’s bundling options to a menu of lunch options. Additional training programs that were created included elements of amusement that not only entertained but engaged the bank’s 33,000 employees, and aided in their ability to sell it to clients.
