Challenge
Grifols wanted to create a community outreach workbook to aid them in building successful community partnerships and to ensure positive reception by the communities they populate. This workbook needed to contain ideas, tools and resources available to the communities that would help engage and educate the community about plasma medicines as well as attract and retain donors.
Result
Contrast Creative designed an engaging workbook that encouraged donor centers to develop strong goals within the community and taught people about the importance of donors and how critical it is for patients to get their plasma medicines. Distributed to over 180 donor centers across the United States, this workbook positioned Grifols as a neighbor of choice and touted the benefits of having a Grifols plamsa donor center in the neighborhood.
