About the Position
The ideal candidate is an innovator who can elevate projects to the highest level, with at least five years of experience working at a creative agency. The successful candidate must be adept at working closely with creative teams and working independently to drive the message forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Production leader with mastery in delivering exceptional branded content
- Creative editing for projects in all shapes and sizes
- Managing timelines and project deliverables
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients to consistently deliver desired results
- Art direct, conceptualize, and design impactful graphic treatments
- Superior skills in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation and Compositing –Experience in AfterEffects as shown by a reel
- Encode, export, and manage final compositions, digital assets and project archives
Skills & Experience
- Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite with primary focus on Premiere, After-Effects and Photoshop Final Cut
- Technical knowledge of edit systems, sound design, color correction, video production and codec compression standards
- Progressive and passionate storyteller with vision to advance creative
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to change directions quickly while maintaining a positive attitude and retaining the highest caliber of work
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Grace under pressure & an unwillingness to miss a project deadline
- Minimum five years of professional experience working at a creative agency
- Bachelor’s Degree
